Drag Testimonials in Ticker

Testimonials take up a lot of space on the mobile screen, waiting for it to scroll to read the review is a bit far from the user experience.

My suggestion is to be able to manage the scrolling of an already scrolling ticker with hand. This way the user will feel more comfortable reading the comment they want.
